Primary Purpose: Is to oversee the College’s Records Department, Graduation Office, and technological advancements using digital media and web formats. Through the use of mobile application and guided pathways, the Director of Articulation and Registrar will, utilize a combination of technology and service to engage and retain students from enrollment to completion. The Director of Articulation and Registrar also coordinates the college’s articulation efforts in conjunction with appropriate campus personnel and representatives at senior institutions. The Director of Articulation and Registrar will complete and monitor degree audits and supervise the coordination, evaluation and certification of all graduation applications while overseeing the complete graduation process. The Director of Articulation and Registrar also coordinates the class schedule process and builds and maintains the degree evaluation programs. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree preferred. 2. A minimum of five (5) years of full-time related work experience in higher education preferred.
