Description:
The College of William & Mary seeks an experienced, creative and dynamic individual to manage recruitment and the admission process for the School of Education.  
This position will provide a wide variety of high level administrative, marketing and programmatic support and oversight for Recruitment and Admissions, to include creating and implementing strategies and goals to increase prospect pipeline for all programs in the William & Mary School of Education. Applicants should have a strong interest in contributing to school-wide efforts to recruit the most academically and personally distinguished students who will contribute to the diversity of the School’s graduate population.
This position is responsible for the development and implementation of innovative strategies, initiatives, partnerships and programs that ensure successful attraction, recruitment and matriculation of high caliber students for the School of Education graduate programs. In concert with this recruitment component is the management of the admission function for the school.


Qualifications:
•	Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
•	Experience working in a graduate level recruitment or admission office or program.
•	Experience with student support services in one or more of the following areas: admission, marketing, recruitment or enrollment management.
•	Experience with event planning.
•	Demonstrated ability to effectively promote School of Education graduate programs to prospective students  
•	Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects at once. 
•	Demonstrated ability to work independently with constituents and to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
•	Strong marketing/recruitment and customer service skills. 
•	Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM solution for recruitment & admission
