The University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL invites applications and nominations for the full-time position of Assistant Registrar (#100140) in the Office of the Registrar. The University seeks a strong leader with Banner experience, to lead customer service, registration, and information content areas of the Registrar’s Office. Reporting to the Registrar, and a member of the Enrollment Affairs team, the Assistant Director will be responsible for the communication (Catalog, website, procedures documents, etc.) and training, customer service, transcripts, and registration processes. Communication areas include coordination of the Catalog, website and internal training manuals. The incumbent serves as the liaison for Argo Central issues (one stop service area) and is a key player of the leadership team to identify goals and process improvements. The Assistant Director will be responsible for ensuring information is coordinated, updated and disseminated in an appropriate manner, management and development of team members, and supporting the mission and goals of the Division of Enrollment Affairs. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience. Preferred Qualifications: The successful candidate will have experience with Banner Student System, working with student records and registration.
