The University of West Georgia is seeking an experienced Enrollment Management professional and skilled leader to join our Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management working towards making a Destination University in a state with a growing population of potential college students. The Associate Vice President is responsible for the leadership and supervision of  offices of Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Center for Academic Success, Advising, New Student Programs, International Student Admission and Programs, and the Enrollment Services Center (first-stop shop for customer service) representing more than 75 employees.  The AVP reports to the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management and is an integral part of the institution and division leadership teams.
•	Required:  Significant Senior-level Administrative Experience in Enrollment Management or an enrollment-related functional area.
•	Required:  Master Degree (Doctorate preferred).  Preference will be given to degrees in Business, Student Affairs or College Student Personnel, Higher Education; or, Master’s in an Academic discipline and significant Enrollment Management experience.
•	Strong leadership, organization, and prioritization skills.
•	Excellent supervision and personnel management skills
•	Strong statistical, data analysis, and reporting skills
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
