The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented candidate to serve as CRM Specialist in the division of Enrollment Management. This position will support the day-to-day operations of the division’s Client Relationship Management tool (CRM). ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Act as first line CRM support for various constituents • Build various and numerous communication plans for a variety of markets; adjusts plans as needed • Manage all imports from various on-campus and third party sources • Provides system cleanup (i.e. duplicate resolution, erroneous or unusable entries, student record errors, etc.) • Develop and execute target scenarios for various markets. Build/update letter and email templates. Review written content for errors or needed corrections. • Train end-users and/or on-campus audiences as to how the CRM can meet their needs • Participate in change management activities as needed (communication plan, department demonstrations, etc.) Support project planning, issue resolution and execution Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Years of experience may be substituted for required degree. Serious candidates must showcase related Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience for fullest consideration.
